A fond farewell message from Jane Armitage, who will be sorely missed as Subscribers' Secretary.
Dear Subscribers,
Guess what lovely surprise I had one morning, when a gorgeous bunch of flowers was delivered to my door? And guess again who it was from? It was a gift from the Choral committee to thank me for being your Subscribers' Secretary since 2015. Where have all the years gone?
Now, very sadly, I am standing down to let some lucky person to take over from me. This isn't goodbye, however, because Bob and I will definitely continue to support all the wonderful concerts and perhaps see some of you there for a quick word.
The job has been something of a mixed pleasure! Although sometimes it’s a bit stressful, it’s a challenge I know I will miss.
